My stay at Puerta Cabo Village 502 was overall enjoyable. the room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. However, I did experience some delays with room service that could be improved.
The room was spacious and elegantly designed. the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.
While the staff was friendly and helpful, the delays in room service affected my experience. it sometimes took longer than expected.
The location was perfect. just a short walk from the beach and many dining options, making it convenient for everything I wanted to do.
I enjoyed the on-site restaurant. especially the fresh cheese bread, which was a good treat at breakfast.
The facilities were well-maintained and lovely. the pool area was especially nice for unwinding and enjoying the sun.
